Call with: AH = 06H
AL = interleave
CH = cylinder
DH = head
DL = drive
80H-FFH fixed disk

Returns:If function successful
Carry flag = clear
AH = 00H

If function unsuccessful
Carry flag = set
AH = status

Comments:

This function is defined for PC/XT fixed disk drives only. It initializes a track, writing disk address fields and data sectors and setting bad sector flags.
